My goal is to provide you with investigative advice and to assist you via building a customized investigative strategy that will dramatically increase your chances of having success in the courtroom. You will find that my investigators will go beyond the call of duty and provide you with a 110% each and every time they work your case. Every employee is personally trained by me. In fact other investigative agencies have even requested that I train their employees on how to conduct surveillance; of course I always deny such requests. Every investigator is taught the importance of erring on the side of caution and not to take uncalculated or reckless risks. Our PA Private Investigators and our NJ Private Investigators are the best in the business because I have a low tolerance for sub-standard performance. My name is Christopher Halscheid and I am the owner of PrivateInvestigatorsPA.com which is essentially a website for my company- Magnum Investigations, LLC. Not only am I licensed, bonded, and insured in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania but also New Jersey. In any business it is unusual for an owner of a company to still work in the field; I enjoy every minute of it and there is no other investigator that has the passion that I do. More often than not I personally handle each investigation along with one of my other investigators and in times that I cannot be in the field I continually monitor the investigators’ progress. You will never have difficulty reaching me because I make myself very accessible to my clients. This is an emotional time for you and you will not be alone; I realize that some people are too ashamed or too proud to share their problems with their family therefore I encourage you to call me if you need someone to talk to. My goal is not to catch someone cheating unless they are cheating; I enter every case with an open mind and my intent is to document the truth and determine what the target is doing via documenting their activities.

No other company can conduct an investigation to our standards therefore we handle all surveillances in-house and do not sub-contract our jobs to other companies; in fact many other investigative agencies, not only in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, sub-contract surveillance assignments to us because this is all we do and they realize how important the job and the client are that they don’t want to risk their own investigators getting caught. Some companies utilize decoys and I believe that tactic is immoral and unethical; in law enforcement such a tactic would be considered entrapment; nevertheless judges frown upon utilizes decoys because essentially you are putting someone in a situation that they otherwise would not have been in.

I have found my niche via specializing in Domestic Investigations which include Video-Surveillance for Cheating Investigations, Child Custody Investigations, and Alimony Investigations. My claim to fame is that we provide results where other investigators get caught. My investigators will obtain video-documentation without the target ever even knowing that we were there. I am a retired law-enforcement officer who has who has an extensive background in investigations including the F.B.I. Investigators School, was also certified by the New Jersey State Police as a CJIS/NCIC Terminal Agency Coordinator Officer, certified as a Computer Forensic Examiner, and much more. I have two college degrees; a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems and another degree in Law & Justice. Much of our business comes from referrals and we rely on referrals; despite the bad economy we have managed to stay busy because of referrals; other companies are looking for a one-hit score and don’t care if you refer anyone because they are simply looking for a quick score. I on the other hand am a firm believer that when you provide a good service, clients will refer you to other individuals who have a need for your services. What separates us from our competitors?
